Who's Poaching
One of you is secretly netting baby fish. Find them before the lake dies.
How you win
Three days of 70 seconds, each ending in a village meeting. Fishers win by voting out the poacher while the lake's health stays at 40% or more. The poacher wins by lasting three days, or if the lake falls below 40%.
The choice that matters
Who do you believe?
- 1. Check your role
Your role is secret. Only you can see it.
- 2. Work by day
You only see what your lantern lights: 12 units round your boat. Do your three tasks at the named places (each one is 2 fish for the village). Stay alongside a boat for 1.5 seconds to INSPECT it: young fish aboard are evidence.
- 3. Buoys and dead fish
One buoy a day logs every boat that passes, and lights a second circle for you. The poacher's fine net leaves dead young fish floating: REPORT them to call the meeting at once.
- 4. Meet and vote
The map shows what you know. Say what you saw with lines built from it (the poacher gets lies), talk out loud, then vote. Whoever is voted out shows their role.
- 5. Don't stall
A meeting that votes nobody out costs the lake 5 health. The last meeting must vote someone out.

The shared lake
The poacher's fine net takes baby fish, so the lake's future shrinks. Its health is always on screen.
